Our Perth Roof Restoration Procedure:

  1. Identify roof leaks and rectify.
  2. Replace all broken tiles and ridge caps on tiled roofs.
  3. Check, clean, reset and reseal all flashings to roofing protrusions and valley trays.
  4. Meticulously pressure clean entire roof surface at 3500psi.
  5. Clean gutters and clean up around the house.
  6. Replace gutters and downpipes if required. Re-bed ridge caps if required.
  7. Re-point all roofing ridge caps with flexible, cyclone rated acrylic cement (Starpoint™, which is manufactured in WA and has a 10 year guarantee).
  8. Mask up as required, make final preparations for roof coating.
  9. Ensure vehicles are away from house.
  10. Apply one coat of acrylic, metal or long oil based primer depending on type and condition of roof surface.
  11. Apply two top coats of Nutech’s premium roof acrylic (Tileflex 2000™) in choice of colour (10 year manufacturer’s guarantee). Your roof can also be coated in Nutech’s NXT Cool Zone™ heat reflective paint. This special formulation reflects the sun’s infrared energy, which on a dark roof can reach above 80 degrees. With NXT on your roof, the roof would be 20-30 degrees cooler, resulting in a room temperature 6-10 degrees cooler.   12. Coat five spare roof tiles to match your roofing. More roof tiles can be coated upon request.
